The program
On October 27, Dorsey & Whitney will host an invitation-only AI Board Governance program in Dallas featuring Joanna Ridgway, Tamara Gracon, and Paula Fontana, co-authors of the AI Board Governance Compass. Designed for public company directors and senior executives, the program will explore how boards can responsibly oversee AI adoption while supporting innovation, managing enterprise risk, and meeting evolving governance expectations. Through an interactive, collaborative case study, participants will apply an AI governance framework to issues involving regulatory compliance, ethical AI use, agentic workflows, and risk mitigation. Attendees will leave with practical governance insights, AI policy templates, and board-ready frameworks that can be adapted within their organizations.
